T&T Facades is set to begin work at one of the UK’s leading business parks for science and technology after securing the contract to deliver a complete façade package on a major new extension to the Magdalen Centre at Oxford Science Park.

Contracted by our valued client Buckingham Group, T&T Facades will provide a full façade package for the building consisting of the design, supply and installation of composite cladding panels, expanded mesh, rainscreen cladding, soffits and a louvre screen around the plant room.

The extension is a key component of the growth and development plan for the business park which is owned by Magdalen College, Oxford. The new facility, to be called the Bellhouse Building after Magdalen College Fellow Professor Brian Bellhouse, will provide small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with approximately 30,000 sq ft of contemporary office and laboratory accommodation, for which there is high demand in the City and across the County.

Joint company owner Tom Rutter said “We were delighted to win this contract and it’s been great getting to know the Buckingham Group team. We’re looking forward to starting on site and showcasing our expertise.”
