T&T Facades is delighted to be working with client Shore Construction to bring much-needed student accommodation to the town of Bournemouth.
The previous building has been demolished to make way for a new 7 storey, modern accommodation block, named Hendy House, which will house 206 future students.
The building, designed by architects Stride Treglown will be clad in fibre cement rainscreen and incorporates a feature tower to the front elevation with fluted terracotta cladding in 3 different earthy colours.
Our scope of works includes the design, procurement, installation and site management of the full cladding package.
We expect to start on site in Spring 2023, with a planned project programme of around 10 weeks.
