T&T Facades was delighted to work with client Shore Construction to bring much-needed student accommodation to the town of Bournemouth.
The previous building had been demolished to make way for a new 7 storey, modern accommodation block, named Hendy House, which will house 206 students.
Our scope of works included the design, procurement, installation and site management of the full cladding package. The building, designed by architects Stride Treglown has been clad in fibre cement rainscreen and incorporates a feature tower to the front elevation with fluted terracotta cladding in 3 different earthy colours.
