T&T Facades has been appointed by new client, Metis Homes to design, supply, and install Cedral cladding in charcoal grey to the penthouse of a new-build apartment block within the Maritime Park Development in Warsash, Hampshire, designed by KSA Architects.
This project marks T&T Facades’ first collaboration with Metis Homes and will commence on site in February 2026, with an expected programme of approximately eight weeks.
The scope of works will see T&T Facades deliver its expertise in high-quality, durable cladding solutions, enhancing the contemporary aesthetic of the penthouse while meeting the exacting standards of the architect and developer.
This contract win reflects T&T Facades’ continued growth in the residential sector, delivering specialist facade solutions across new-build developments.
