T&T FACADES WINS CLADDING CONTRACT FOR HAMPSHIRE MARITIME PARK DEVELOPMENT

T&T Facades has recently been awarded a new contract to design, supply, and install Cedral cladding in charcoal grey for the penthouse of a new-build apartment block within the Maritime Park Development in Warsash, Hampshire.

The project has been commissioned by developer Metis Homes, with architectural design by KSA Architects.

This project marks T&T Facades’ first collaboration with Metis Homes and will commence on site in February 2026, with an expected programme of approximately eight weeks.

The scope of works will see T&T Facades deliver its expertise in high-quality, durable cladding solutions, enhancing the contemporary aesthetic of the penthouse while meeting the exacting standards of the architect and developer.

The choice of Cedral in charcoal grey underscores a sleek, modern finish that complements the Maritime Development’s premium residential offering.
