PREMIER INN, SLOUGH.

“T&T Facades’ work for the Premier Inn Slough project included insulated render, Gebrick Brickslip Cladding,  Aluminium Windows and Curtain Walling. Throughout the project the whole team worked with the utmost professionalism which reflected in the high quality of the installation and project management.

Due to the client’s ambitious deadline T&T worked collaboratively with us to plan a fast track programme to enable us to meet the end date. The quality of work on site was to a very high standard and T&T were awarded 4-5 H&S subcontractor of the month awards throughout the build as a result. T&T were a great team to work with, were very proactive and worked very closely with us to successfully deliver the project.

SCCI, SOUTHAMPTON.

“T&T Facades delivered for us a façade package which included SFS framing, secret fix Alucobond rain screen cladding, louvres and windows.

Throughout the project, T&T proactively assisted with value engineering to help us meet the required budget while maintaining the original design intent that the project demanded. Both ourselves (Kier) and the client are extremely happy with the quality of the finish and safety on site was always paramount on T&T’s agenda. Our greatest concern, with it being a hidden fix cladding system was how T&T would ensure consistency of panel joints, but we needn’t have worried due to the high quality of the install all parties are more than please with the final product!  Our relationship throughout was very collaborative and supportive. There were some outstanding members of the installation team who went above and beyond to get the job delivered to the required standard.

VINCENT'S WALK, SOUTHAMPTON.

“T&T Facades delivered for us the complete external façade envelope, windows and door package. This included a Gebrick cladding system whereby T&T innovatively designed and installed a bespoke support system for the Gebrick to achieve the deep brick reveal detail, as was demanded by the approved planning drawings.

T&T were proactive throughout the whole design process, working closely with our team at every stage. They were always prepared to be flexible and to help accelerate the programme, T&T installed the windows independent of the external scaffold being erected which enabled internal works to progress early. The overall quality of the project was very good and H&S paperwork was always provided on time without having to chase.

We enjoyed a good working relationship throughout, despite the ongoing programme demand which was helped by the vast knowledge of Op’s Director Mick Godwin. T&T are now currently working with me at East Street, Southampton”.
