Originally established in 2000, T&T Facades is now one of the longest serving cladding and complete façade contractors in the South region. Over this period the construction industry has been badly hit by recession on more than one occasion!, but despite that T&T have continued to grow and achieved success with no debt or financing enabling us to give security to our clients and staff in a volatile industry.

T&T Facades has enjoyed exciting growth over recent years and in the last 12 months we’ve doubled our staff numbers and moved to larger premises in Fareham, Hampshire to accommodate further growth.

Talented In-House Team:

We currently employ c.26 permanent staff across all the key disciplines of estimating, in-house design, procurement, commercial, project/site management and marketing, plus we have a large, reliable, skilled team of subcontract labour at our disposal.

Our staff are all highly qualified and experienced, having worked in the industry for many years. All site staff and installers are fully CSCS certified.

Established Supply Chain:

T&T has long-established supply chain partners whom we work closely with to give our clients a bespoke service, often coming up with innovative solutions to meet the architects vision. We can procure, supply and install all the industry’s leading rainscreen cladding products and are one of the UK’s leading installers of Aquarian Gebrick cladding.

Safety First:

Delivering our projects safely and the welfare of our people is a priority, especially on site and we’re pleased to report an exemplary track record for health & safety, with zero reportable accidents or instances in the company’s history. Our external Independent Safety Advisor’s BSG (Building Safety Group) audits our live sites every 15 days with a detailed report provided on every visit.

Throughout the project, T&T proactively assisted with value engineering to help us meet the required budget while maintaining the original design intent that the project demanded. Both ourselves (Kier) and the client are extremely happy with the quality of the finish and safety on site was always paramount on T&T’s agenda. VINCENT'S WALK, SOUTHAMPTON.
“T&T Facades delivered for us the complete external façade envelope, windows and door package. This included a Gebrick cladding system whereby T&T innovatively designed and installed a bespoke support system for the Gebrick to achieve the deep brick reveal detail, as was demanded by the approved planning drawings.
T&T were proactive throughout the whole design process, working closely with our team at every stage. They were always prepared to be flexible and to help accelerate the programme, T&T installed the windows independent of the external scaffold being erected which enabled internal works to progress early.
