Lampton Road is a new build apartment block situated on an urban brownfield site with a very tight footprint. The scheme made full use of the available space on site, however its close proximity to neighboring properties made this a logistically challenging project.
T&T was contracted to design, supply and install a cladding package consisting of Valcan Vitradual Rainscreen Cladding & Cavity Barriers. All materials utilised were A2 and A1 rated including the breather membrane. Our team installed the cladding over a pre-boarded, panelised light steel frame structure.
