Kingsway House is a former student accommodation block which has been redeveloped to provide critical temporary accommodation for people across the city of Portsmouth.
Working with client Mountjoy and Portsmouth City Council, T&T was contracted to replace the existing combustible components and timber planks with aluminium wood effect PPC on the feature projecting panels, as well as replacement of spandrel panels and installation of new cavity barriers.
Located in the busy, commercial area of Elm Grove, the building will provide a vital service to the local community.
Work completed in late summer 2021.
