The Marriot group is increasing its portfolio of their Moxy brand ‘boutique’ hotels with a new establishment in Bristol. The new seven-storey, 214-room hotel, will be located at the foot of the M32 opposite the Cabot Circus car park.

The scheme has come from Dutch international hotel developer Vastint Hospitality and is reported to be one of just seven hotels of its kind in England.

Contracted by client Jehu Project Services, T&T Facades will design, supply and install the full façade on the project which includes a mix of Cement Rainscreen, Brick-Slip and Corten Cassette Rainscreen.

Commenting on the news, joint company owner Tom Rutter said, “we’re excited to be working with Jehu on this scheme, it’s a great looking project that plays to our strengths and one that we’ll be proud to include in our portfolio”.

T&T’s work will commence on site in October.
