New Project: New Build Apartments at Lampton Road, Hounslow.

T&T Facades will be working back in the London borough of Hounslow in the new year having secured another project in the area.

Lampton Road is a new build apartment block situated on an urban brownfield site with a very tight footprint. The scheme makes full use of the available space on site, however its close proximity to neighboring properties make this a logistically challenging project.

T&T has been contracted to design, supply and install a cladding package consisting of Valcan Vitradual Rainscreen Cladding & Cavity Barriers. All materials utilised are A2 and A1 rated including the breather membrane. Our team will be installing the cladding over a pre-boarded, panelised light steel frame structure.

With pre-construction planning underway, we plan to be on site early in 2022.
