Commenting on the project, T&T Company Owner, Tom Rutter said: “We are delighted to be working with CBRE and Arup on this contract. Jointly navigating our way through the funding process has been a very long and challenging exercise and we cannot wait now to make a start. We are pleased and proud to be able to enhance this property and make it safe and compliant for all its residents.”
