T&T Facades is delighted to be working with client Diamond Build on an £8m redevelopment of one of England’s oldest preparatory schools. Based in Sutton, Surrey, Homefield Prep is an independent day school for boys aged 4 – 13 years.

The redevelopment, designed by architects Ingleton Wood, has been rolled out in three phases and will transform the facilities on offer at the school which includes 14 new classrooms, a new performance hall and dining room as well as new music facilities, an ICT room, library and all-weather sports pitch.

T&T Facades is delivering a package of Petrach cladding with feature window reveals and ancillaries on the school’s front extension. Our works are planned to start on site in March with the whole redevelopment due to complete by late summer 2021.

Commenting on the project, joint company owner Tom Rutter said “with a long track record of delivering school projects this package of work plays to our strengths and we plan to turn this project around in c.6 weeks.”
