T&T Facades’ dedicated remediation team has secured its latest project.
Acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor, we’re back in London, working with our client Barking Central Management Company (No2) Limited and their agents Oander, to make this residential building in Axe Street, Barking, fire safe and compliant.
After our investigations and recommendations our works will include the removal of the existing combustible render system and the design and installation of a new direct fix mineral render system supplied by Alsecco.
The project is benefitting from the government’s Building Safety Fund in the wake of the Grenfell tragedy.
T&T’s Managing Director, Tom Rutter commented “we’re pleased once again to be contributing to the betterment of buildings in the UK to fully comply with the latest regulations. We’re working with a great team and we’re looking forward to an efficient start on site”.
With pre-construction planning and design underway, we will be on site later in the summer.
