T&T Facades successfully delivered a design and build Student Accommodation project with new client Stelling Properties.
The project saw the creation of a student housing site located in Sparkford Road at the heart of the University of Winchester’s Campus, consisting of 90 individual studio dwellings over 4 storeys. The studios themselves benefitted from an off-site modular method of construction with complete pods being delivered to site and craned in for installation.
T&T Facades provided a full façade package for the building consisting of the design, supply and installation of timber cladding in Siberian Larch and brick slip, plus associated flashings.
