T&T Facades was pleased to have been awarded a new cladding contract as part of the multi million pound redevelopment of the former Southwark Fire Station – a major mixed-use development branded Brigade Court.
Adjacent to Brigade Court is now the new “Grotto” building, a 15,600 sq ft sports centre consisting of Arcelor Mittal composite panels and Rodeca Polycarbonate panels. T&T delivered the cladding package for client Ardmore. The Grotto will have a multi-use games area and outdoor artificial pitch for use by both the new school and local community.
The project completed in Autumn 2021.
